
MultiSoft ISO Dealership Program
Since 1987, MultiSoft Corporation has successfully operated and cultivated
sales without the aid of a Dealership program. Was our way of doing things
perfect? No. Could improvements be made to our current model?
Unequivocally!
We have, however, been very successful with the sales program that has served
us well for many years. As a result of the success we experienced,
MultiSoft has embarked on an aggressive ISO Dealer recruiting, training and
certification program.
One of MultiSoft Corporation's foremost and primary jobs in the launch of the
ISO Dealership program is to help make it successful. We want to work in
coordination with our Dealers in order for the relationship to produce the
desired results. Your success is contingent on us and our success is
contingent on you.
In that spirit, each prospective Dealer is trained on our sales program prior
to the opening of their Dealership. The training program provides step by
step instruction on the sales processes that we have followed and built on since
1987.
With no upfront out-of-pocket expense what-so-ever, each new Dealer is
required to complete our online training course and pass a certification test on
the curriculum.
There are a number of purposes for this certification training regimen. First
is that it familiarizes new Dealers with who MultiSoft Corporation is, what our
products are, what we do, what we expect, what a Dealer can expect of us and how
together we can drive one another's success by professionally helping our valued
clients achieve their success.
Second, it proves to us that new Dealers understand our products, model and
concept and are prepared to professionally undertake the operation of the ISO
Dealership.
Third, it is a training tool that Dealers can use for any new hires, ensuring
that they will be an effective part of the Dealership team.
Online coursework is not an activity for "weeding out". We fully
understand that by making it this far, you are serious about an ISO Dealership
and the opportunities that it offers.
The explicit purpose of the online coursework is to ensure that new Dealers
have the information and understanding required to place their ISO Dealership in
a position to succeed and properly serve their clients.

On all of your prospects that purchase
MarketPowerPRO as a result of your introduction, a commission is paid to
you. Each sale generated through your ISO will reward you, the Dealer, with
a commission on the value of the initial sale; MultiSoft will handle the
client for you from there. |

In addition to the commission issued on the
initial sale, "Monthly Qualified" ISO Dealers also receive an override on
all paid, residual ASP (Application Service Provider) fees charged to
clients they have referred for the term of the client's relationship with
MultiSoft Corporation. |

Enjoy an unrestricted international sales
territory. |

Each ISO Dealer receives their own personalized
replicating sales website through which he or she can promote and sell
MarketPowerPRO software. |

Each Affiliate receives a powerful personal
contact management (CRM) account at www.contacted.com to manage their leads,
right through to sales. |

ISO Dealers are provided with a full online
training course and its accompanying sales aids. Additionally, ISO Dealers
are invited to spend a full day at one of MultiSoft Corporation's offices and
receive personal hands on immersion instruction (highly recommended). This
time will be allotted to not only making you feel comfortable with
MarketPowerPRO and the sales process, but also to thoroughly answer any
other questions that you may have. |

One or more ISO Dealership continuing education courses are required to be
completed on an annual basis in order to maintain an ISO Dealership in good
standing status.
Continuing education may occur at your facility or at the MultiSoft Corporation
corporate office in Florida, whichever is more convenient for you. This
education is free of charge, however if it occurs at your facility, you are
responsible for the MultiSoft Corporation representative's travel and
accommodation expenses. These courses involve one on one, face to face work and
cannot be conducted online or over the phone.
Our Dealer program is NOT a franchise; we do however believe in training for
success and are committed to working with you.
Integral to keeping your ISO Dealership current with the latest that MultiSoft
Corporation has to offer, continuing education will also afford you the
opportunity to work hands on with a MultiSoft Corporation representative in
order to address any trouble areas you may have or discuss any ideas that could
help your ISO Dealership in its day to day activities.
MultiSoft Corporation values your feedback and wants to know what your
experiences are so that we can use them to make MarketPowerPRO better, as well
as more saleable for your ISO Dealership.
During your continuing education, a certain amount of time will be allocated to
reviewing any new MultiSoft Corporation offerings and discussing your ISO
Dealership and how MultiSoft Corporation can help you take it to the next level.

By entering into an ISO Dealership agreement with MultiSoft Corporation, you
will be permitted to use certain approved MultiSoft Corporation trademarks and
logos in a pre-approved manner only. You will not be permitted to communicate
that you are an employee, agent, shareholder or partner of MultiSoft
Corporation.
Dealerships may not represent themselves as MultiSoft Corporation Dealers; they
must operate under a separate business name and URL (website address).
